With over 16 years of experience in event management across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro, I specialise in complex projects where both operational precision and strategic context matter: international conferences and professional gatherings, institutional events within EU-funded projects, and corporate team building programs.

I founded MICE.BA on a straightforward premise that clients in this region deserve the same standard of professional event management as anywhere in Western Europe. That standard is what I bring to every project, every time.

What sets me apart is not experience alone, but a combination of competencies that is rare to find in one place. I started my career as a journalist, which taught me how to build a narrative, structure a program, and communicate to an audience. I apply that foundation to every event I organise — from designing the program and selecting speakers, to media coordination and communication support within EU project frameworks.

I work with private companies, international organisations, government institutions, and EU project implementers. Clients I have worked with include IOM, WWF Adria, Care International Balkans, Hilfswerk International, INTERA Technology Park, and many others.

I hold internationally recognised certifications: CIS (Certified Incentive Specialist) from SITE — Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, and CCMEP (Certified Croatian Meeting and Event Professional) from the Croatian Meeting Professionals Association, of which I am an active member.

I also lead PoslovniTurizam.ba and BH-meetings.com — the first specialised online venue finder platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina, created to give event professionals and clients a reliable resource for finding and evaluating event venues across the country.

I am the Project Lead of PoslovniTurizam.ba and its English-language platform BH-meetings.com — an online platform representing the only specialised venue-finder service in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In parallel, we are developing MICE magazine, the only media outlet in Bosnia and Herzegovina dedicated exclusively to the meetings and congress industry.

The platform is used by domestic and international business event organisers to search for suitable venues and request proposals. It consolidates information on more than 300 meeting rooms and 50 leading hotels and unique venues for business events.

Through the Event Assistant tool, within the first year alone, we received dozens of inquiries from event organisers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Malaysia, and Turkey.
