MICE.BA agency recently organised team building program in Livno for the employees of Raiffeisen Leasing. By engaging our agency, the client was able to free up internal resources and achieve significant time savings in vendor communication and program preparation. Furthermore, we assumed full responsibility for “Plan B” contingencies in the event of inclement weather. Having our team on-site allowed for real-time adjustments; for instance, we easily extended lunch hours when the group wished to stay longer in nature and brought forward the evening entertainment and live music as requested.
The event brought together employees from offices in Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla, and Banja Luka. Our scope of work included logistics management, accommodation coordination, catering services, entertainment, and excursion planning. The program focused on strengthening team bonds through outdoor activities and shared experiences.
Logistical Support and Coordination
The organisation began with the transfer of participants to the Continental Adventure resort, located 900 meters above sea level. This unique destination offers accommodation in cabins, domes, a treehouse, and a villa, all featuring original architectural designs tailored for business guests. MICE.BA curated a two-day itinerary that included lodging, a competitive pub quiz, live music, and engaging leisure activities.
We also organised an outdoor excursion designed as an incentive travel experience to reward the staff. This included an off-road safari on the Kruge plateau above Livno, a guided tour with professional photography featuring the area’s wild horses, and a traditional outdoor lunch. Participants also enjoyed free time to explore the resort, use the indoor heated pool and private hot tubs, or join a guided nature walk. Throughout the stay, we provided authentic, locally sourced cuisine from the Livno region, which added a distinctive touch to the event.
Beyond the physical activities, staying at this altitude provided a much-needed digital detox and a mental break from daily professional tasks.
