Josipa Terzić Rezić led the organisation of the CONNECTO conference for two consecutive years, thereby assuming responsibility for one of the most organisationally demanding events implemented at INTERA Technology Park. CONNECTO brings together a large number of governmental and non-governmental stakeholders, representatives of the diaspora, international partners, and numerous speakers and participants throughout a three-day program, requiring months of preparation, operational precision, and strong communication coordination.

Her engagement, which began at least six months prior to the conference itself and continued for months afterward through systematic follow-up with partners and participants, was essential to the stability and overall success of the process. Her professionalism, organisational discipline, and ability to manage complex processes made her contribution invaluable, for which we express our sincere appreciation.

Thank you for the excellently organised team-building program. It was truly a pleasure to spend two days in such a positive atmosphere and with so much positive energy. Everything was organised with great attention to detail. I would especially like to highlight the quiz as a true highlight—everyone enjoyed it and demonstrated an impressive competitive spirit as well as strong teamwork.
