The theme was &#8220;Economic Development and Challenges in 2025.&#8221; The forum brought together business leaders, sector experts and government representatives. The goal was to strengthen cooperation between the private sector and the county government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MICE.BA organised this event for the second consecutive year. When a government client returns for a second edition, it means the first one delivered what was expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why a Second Commission Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international agencies evaluating local PCO partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a repeat commission from a public sector client is a relevant signal. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical support<\/strong>: We sourced and managed all technical equipment for the duration of the forum; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Venue preparation<\/strong>: We prepared and set up the conference hall at Hotel Bigeste, including the stage, seating and all supporting elements; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participant registration<\/strong>: We managed registrations and accreditations for all attendees; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logistics and protocol<\/strong>: We coordinated guest arrivals, accommodation arrangements and protocol requirements throughout the day; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Budget management<\/strong>: We prepared and monitored the event budget from planning through to delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media Campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In coordination with the Office of the West Herzegovina County Government, MICE.BA designed and implemented the media campaign for the forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Invitations<\/strong>: We designed and distributed official invitations to participants and media representatives; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social media: <\/strong>We created and published content across Facebook and LinkedIn to promote the event and build awareness ahead of the date; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Media relations: <\/strong>We managed media coverage of the forum, including preparation and distribution of press releases before and after the event;
